This machine is used for crushing the waste foam,and then used for making the re-bonding foam.It is equipped with the conveyor,and the working efficiency is higher
This Foam Crushing Machine is mostly used for chipping edge and corner foam blocks and aslo reclaiming is utilized, with re-bonding machine to come into bonded foam. The chipping system is using special bullet type of crushing teeth which ensure perfect even foam crushed flocks.
This machine is much more powerful and it is equipped with conveyor also.It can save manpower and it can crush the foam with little fabric also,the working efficiency is high.
Our machine adopts the hammer type. If long strips of material are thrown in, it is not easy to jam the machine and improve efficiency.
The fuselage is welded by 12mm thick steel plate, which is stronger and more durable. It adopts a self-made powerful fan, and the power of the pulverizer is 37kw. The particle size can be customized according to customer needs.
Our machine is equipped with a self-made pumping fan, which has high power and fast pumping speed, which greatly improves the crushing speed.
